Yes, all estimates are free of charge. Prices will never exceed an estimated rate unless additional work is requested and agreed upon by both parties. Also, Grass King doesn’t estimate or bid any work without confidence in our ability to provide the highest quality service that meets our customers specifications and expectations. In the event we are uncomfortable with your service inquiry, we will be up front with you and do our best to get you in touch with a company that we feel can best serve you.

We prepare estimates on a first come first serve basis. Customers can expect to receive a quote within a week’s time.

All quotes will provide clear direction on various ways to enlist our services. Most commonly our services are enlisted through email confirmation.

Yes, Grass King has liability insurance for all our services. 

Grass King understands the importance of gaining our customers’ trust in both our service and our staff.

• All employees are trained to perform work in a safe manner.
• All employees are trained to be respectful and attentive.
• All employees have undergone a criminal record check.
• Each employee is required to wear high visibility clothing and other apparel with our corporate logo on them so it is clear to our customers when we are on their property.

As a part of estimating spring, summer, and fall services, Grass King provides each customer with an idea of when they can expect a crew to be on their property. We aim to provide the most consistent services as possible and to job specifications. However, we do not operate through heavy rainfall as it can cause turf damage and one big mess. Should the weather impede on our consistency, rest assured we will get to your property as soon as the turf is dry enough to create a high-quality result.

When it comes to large scale commercial property maintenance, we are willing to perform services at specified times. For example: school boards often request lawn care services be performed outside of school hours – this is no problem for Grass King. We don’t estimate or bid any work without confidence in our ability to provide the highest quality service that meets our customers specifications and expectations.

Winter services can be tailored to the customer’s snow specifications. However, if Grass King is assuming liability, we must inspect properties daily whether it snows or not. Taking this into consideration, we will work with the customer and adjust our work specifications to find a happy balance between high quality service and price.

Spring, Summer, and Fall service areas include Temiskaming Shores to Elk Lake, Englehart, and Kirkland Lake. However, we are willing to travel further should it be requested.

Winter service area is limited to Temiskaming Shores.
